Starboard SLR 2 front wings are specially developed carbon front wings for high speed slalom foiling. Compared to the first generation SLR front wings, the shapes have been fine-tuned for better performance in top speed. The SLR wings are thinner with narrower tips and have an even more extreme high-aspect ratio. This provides extra speed and control during 30+ knots of wind foiling.

The Starboard SLR 2 front wings are available in 5 sizes:

• 880 SLR 2, has an area of 880 cm2
• 660 SLR 2, has an area of 660 cm2
• 560 SLR 2, has an area of 560 cm2
• 460 SLR 2, has an area of 460 cm2
• 390 SLR 2, has an area of 390 cm2

The SLR front wings are best combined with the new generation SLR 2 back wings. The SLR 2 wings only fit on the Starboard EVO MKI fuselages, Starboard EVO MKII Fuselages and the new Starboard EVO MKII Jumbo fuselages.

Starboard SLR 2 set up

The Starboard SLR 2 series front and back wings are intended for the racing experts. Due to the small size of the wings and the thinner profile, the set up feels much more nervous and you need good technical skills to get the most out of the SLR set up. The recommended set up:

• Best mast: Starboard 95 cm C600 carbon mast
• Alternative mast: Starboard 95 cm C400 carbon mast
• Best fuselage: Starboard EVO MKII Jumbo fuselages
• Alternative fuselage: Starboard EVO MK II fuselages
• Best back wings: Starboard SLR 2 back wings

For the best performance, it is important to choose a dedicated slalom wind foil board or course race foil board, such as the Starboard X-15 Slalom foil boards or the Starboard IQfoil 95
