Starboard UCS aluminum masts with a deep tuttle head are suitable for windfoiling. This V8 version mast has a new shape. As a result, performance is a lot better than with the old generation of Starboard aluminum masts.

Please note!

These new UCS aluminum masts have a “deep tuttle head” made of aluminum and have a straight top. As a result, these masts do not fit into the so-called foil ready deep tuttle boxes, as used in (the older) JP, FMX and Future Fly boards, among others.

These masts do fit all Starboard foilboards (including the older generation boards).

UCS construction is stiffer

The major advantage of UCS construction is that the connection to the mast is much stiffer. This provides better stability and control while windfoiling.

What do you need to put together a complete UCS foil?

To assemble a complete Starboard UCS windfoil, you need the following parts;

• UCS aluminum (available in top plate or deep tuttle versions)
• UCS fuselage
• UCS front wing
• UCS back wing
• UCS bolt set
• Optional wing angle spacer set or fuselage spacers
• Starboard Foil bag
