Starboard UCS fuselages are the new basis for Starboard UCS foils. The Starboard UCS fuselages are available in 4 different versions. These fuselages fit only the new Starboard UCS masts.

Available versions UCS fuselages

• Starboard UCS fuselage 66 cm aluminum -> Wingfoils
• Starboard UCS fuselage 66 cm carbon -> Wingfoils
• Starboard UCS fuselage 99 cm aluminum -> Freeride / Slalom windfoils
• Starboard UCS fuselage 109 cm aluminum -> Course race / light wind windfoils

The 99-cm UCS fuselage offers two uses. Relative to the mast position, one side of the fuselage is 2 cm longer than the other. By simply flipping the fuselage, you can position the wings further forward or back. This noticeably increases the foil’s deployment range.

UCS construction is stiffer

The major advantage of UCS construction is that the connection to the mast is much stiffer. This provides better stability and control while wing foiling or wind foiling.

The connection of the wings to the fuselage is also stiffer. In addition, the new construction greatly improved hydrodynamics. This makes the glide and end speed of the foils much better.

Tuning options with Starboard UCS fuselages

As with the old generation fuselage, you can use shims to change the angle of the wings. These wing angle shims can be purchased as a separate item. We know from experience that the standard set up of the UCS windfoils and wingfoils is good for most riders.

In addition to trimming the wings, 15 mm wide spacers can be purchased to increase the distance between the front and back wings. This allows you to further personalize the setup of your foil.

What do you need to put together a complete UCS foil?

To assemble a complete Starboard UCS foil (wingfoil or windfoil) you need the following parts;

• UCS aluminum or carbon mast (available in topplate or deep tuttle versions)
• UCS fuselage
• UCS front wing
• UCS back wing
• UCS bolt set
• Optional wing angle spacer set or fuselage spacers
• Starboard Foil bag
