Starboard SLR 2 MKII back wings are specially developed carbon back wings for high speed slalom foiling. The SLR 2 MKII back wings only fit on the new Starboard EVO MKII. With a profile that is thinner with narrower tips, the SLR 2 wings have an even more extreme high-aspect ratio (AR). This provides extra speed and control during 30+ knots of wind foiling.

SLR 2 back wings are available in 2 variants:

• SLR 2 180, area of 180 cm2 and AR 8.0
• SLR 2 180 H.A.R., area of 180 cm2 and AR 10.8

The SLR 2 wings only fit the new Starboard EVO MKII Fuselages and EVO Jumbo fuselages.

Starboard SLR 2 MKII better aerodynamics

Compared to the previous generation, the wings have become smaller and more efficient. With little speed, you have comparatively more lift. And because of the smaller surface area, there is less resistance.

For the best performance, it is important to choose a dedicated slalom wind foil board or coarse racing board, such as the Starboard X-15 Slalom foil boards or the Starboard IQfoil 95.

Which SLR 2 back wing to choose?

• The SLR 180 is optimized for slalom foiling in combination with the 390, 460, 560 and 660 front wing
• The SLR 180 H.A.R. is optimized for coarse racing (880 front wing)
