The Starboard SuperFlyer 2 EVO foil (model 2024) is a super low wind freeride model, with an aluminum mast of 85 cm. The front wing of 1300 cm2 has been completely renewed. It has less resistance and is therefore faster and more efficient. This allows you to get on the foil earlier compared to the older model.

The Starboard SuperFlyer 2 EVO foil sits between the Super Cruiser and Freeride foil, but has slightly more the freeride properties of the Freeride foil due to the shape of the front wing. Due to the large front and back wing and the relatively long fuselage you not only get to the foil quickly, but stable wind foiling is also very easy.

The SuperFlyer is an ideal wind foil for very little wind and/or heavier wind foilers. Wind foiling is possible from about 8 knots. With about 16 knots, the upper limit of the wind range is a bit lower than that of the Starboard Freeride 2

With this foil you can fly around 8 knots and an experienced wind foiler can foil up to about 16 knots. The upper limit of the wind range is a bit lower than that of the Starboard Freeride 2

The large wings and their shape contribute to this and provide more stability and easier ‘take off’ in low wind. The front wing has an area of 1,300 cm2 and the back wing 330 cm2. The aluminium fuselage 99 cm.
