AK wingfoil Tracer V3 is a medium aspect wingfoil. A perfect balance between good manoeuvrability, speed and stability. This makes the Tracer extremely suitable for both progressive riders and the advanced wing foiler who wants to push the limits.

The AK Tracer is available with various sizes of front wings and aluminum mast or carbon mast.

AK Tracer completely new construction

The AK Tracer has been completely redesigned. Due to the integrated carbon fuselage, the wing foil is not only quick to assemble, but the resistance is also much less. This ensures that the glide efficiency of the Tracer V3 is extremely good.

Our experiences with the AK Tracer

We find the AK Tracer to be a little more technical and challenging than, say, the Starboard E-type. This wing foil is quite forgiving. The foil keeps you a little more focused and challenges you to push just a little more or turn the turn just a little sharper.

What stands out is the extremely good hydrodynamics of the wingset. As a result, it is possible to downwind even on inland waters with smaller shorter waves. The carbon mast also impresses. Very light, but also very stiff for a mast/foil in this price range.

The efficiency of the front wings is so high that we advise you to choose 1 size smaller front wing than you are used to. The 1030 cm2 front wing comes on the foil just as quickly and feels just as stable as a 1300 or 1400 cm2 front wing!
