The Patrik AEON shim set is an indispensable part of the AEON foil. The set includes 12 angle spacers in a range of -0.5 degrees to +2.25 degrees in 0.25-degree increments. This allows you to tune your AEON foil very precisely.

Next, there are also 3 “saddle spacers” that the back wing fits into. This “saddle spacer” allows you to mount the back wing at 3 different positions on the fuselage (front, center, rear).

You always use the saddle spacers in conjunction with the angle spacers.

Of course, the set up of a windfoil remains something personal. Our favorite set up is as follows:

• Back wing farthest aft on fuselage (V2), for maximum stability
• Angle spacer 1 or 1.25 for good balance elevator and speed
