With Starboard Freerace UCS windfoil take your own windfoil performance to the next level. Due to the longer mast and smaller front wing, the foil has a distinctly more “sporty” character with a higher end speed than the Freeride foil. Despite this, this freerace foil is still widely applicable and accessible.

With this windfoil you can fly from about 10 knots.

Please note!

These new UCS aluminum masts have a “deep tuttle head” made of aluminum and have a straight top. As a result, these masts do not fit into the so-called foil ready deep tuttle boxes, as used in (the older) JP, FMX and Future Fly boards, among others.

These masts do fit all Starboard foilboards (including the older generation boards).

Starboard UCS system upgrade

Starboard’s new UCS system will be used for all windfoils and wingfoils starting in 2025. This allows you to easily upgrade all foils with other masts, fuselages and wings. You can even easily convert your windfoil to wingfoil. You can do this by purchasing a top plate adapter (and a shorter UCS fuselage).

In short, with the Starboard UCS system you are ready for the future.
