The Starboard Superflyer Aluminium Evolution foil (model 2023) is a super low wind freeride model, with an aluminium mast of 85 cm. The Starboard Superflyer EVO foil sits between the Super Cruiser and Freeride foil, but has more the freeride properties of the Freeride foil due to the long fuselage of 102 cm. This makes stable wind foiling easy.

This Starboard Superflyer foil is intended for the freeride oriented foilers that are a bit heavier or want to easily come up in the very lowest wind range. This is an excellent wind foil to master wind foiling quickly and well. The blades are relatively large, so you can not only rise quickly, but also easily get stable. This is a widely applicable and forgiving wind foil. This wind foil comes with the new Evolution fuselage of 102 cm. The better aerodynamics ensure ‘smoother’ wind foiling. The back wing can also be trimmed with this wind foil, for less or more lift

With this foil you can fly around 8 knots and an experienced wind foiling can foil up to about 18 knots with this. The large wings and their shape contribute to this and provide more stability and easier ‘take off’ in low wind. The front wing has an area of 1,300 cm2 and the back wing 330 cm2. The aluminium fuselage 102 cm.
